With the closing price of 19 1/2, CNQR's Price/Sales Ratio increases to about 19, not a very favorable comparison when we look at both PSFT and ORCL.

Therein lies the second part of this equation for me as a shareholder - actual fundemental analysis! I'm going to be holding my shares for 30 days, see what the underwriters have to say then, and then decide what to do.
