Geoff, DEC was in a similar situation & even had organized outside support and a special meeting of major shareholders to try to get rid of Palmer & the Board. Palmer & the board declined to attend & nothing was accomplished. Only thing that helped DEC pop back a few points was the CPQ buyout. Do you buy the GE buyout idea?
