Tippet - all of this is becoming a tired argument about relativity - we've had numerous examples of degrees of lying - but the whole business has entered the arena of the theatre of the absurd now - as I said on another thread - we now have (with Iraq) a political event superimposed on another (the impeachment hearings) political event. No wonder the Republicans are howling! The holier than thou are those who deny it's about politics - yes we know he lied about a sexual encounter - but it is politics to the nth degree to elevate this to the level of high crimes and misdemeanours(sp) - same goes for the other charges. E
