When you get around to doing your LS120 test I'd be interested in another test, if you have the time. That's how long does it take your LS120 drive to format a 1.44 floppy? I will get to the test..it seem to remember when I get home and log on. I tried a 1.44 floppy format. It was so fast I did not know it happened. I tried it twice just to make sure. I would guess one second to format the 1.44 I don't remember the details. I was probably reformatting a disc rather than formatting an unformatted disc. I do not know if it makes a difference.
