Right, Michelle - all those "top people" he appointed, some of which are now gone in disgrace others which are a laughing stock.

Get a less-elitist life and stop minimizing the value of other people because of where they come from.

Elitism is anathema to a republic such as ours. DeLay is neither my leader or my representative - but I'd take a small-business guy who has served several terms in the House over an elitist liberal legal-prig with my income in his sights any day.

Morally judge? Who said he had to place a moral judgement? That was done long ago when Clinton admitted his indiscretions. The issue now is a legal one - remember the laws against perjury? Or is that too much of a "crime of the commoners" to saddle his highness with?

Guess so.

I'd suggest you find a class-established society to live in. You'd like the ruthlessness of the intelligentsia of England in the 18th century - as long as you were born into the right family, of course.

Darn that randomness of birth and the silly idea of those American rebels who refused to recognize the rightful powers of their king and the upper class! What a disgrace! We need the elite to run the country now, since the rabble is threatening the bastion of the office of your president/king.

I get the feeling that Tom DeLay just isn't from your class of Texas people, being from out there in Midland.

Elitist snobbery of the worst sort.

Mr. K.
