Blasts over Baghdad

A second round of explosions was seen and
heard over Baghdad at 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
The explosions occurred shortly after U.S.
President Bill Clinton announced he had
ordered a "strong, sustained" series of
airstrikes on military and security forces in
Iraq, designed to degrade Iraq's ability to
develop weapons of mass destruction.

I gotta hand to BC. If he's gotta go, at least he's going
out with a bang<g>. Maybe he figures he's got nothing to
lose, so he won't stop until he gets Saddam himself. Wow,
he'd earn a "special 3rd term" if could pull that off. <gg>
