NB98.50-5] Responding to World Wide Minerals claims to title to Kazakh origin uranium received since 7 October 1996, Nukem has said that the claims have no legitimacy and that the company will not be party to any suit or action initiated by WWM. (Ux Weekly, 14 December, p2; Nukem Inc, 11 December; see also News Briefing 98.49-2) Kazatomprom has also questioned the claims of WWM. (Kazatomprom, 14 December)
