IBIC has been getting the backstop money for the rights offering in place and from what I read on CW it appears that all is in place and ready to go. The CDN needs to make sure the backstop money is in a trust. This is all that the CDN needs to allow trades to start showing..and check this link for quotes..We may see them this week. canstock.com Elizabeth
