I too am starting to wonder if I should make a change. Bob Brinker, the radio investment guru, has suggested in his newsletter that subscribers should move out of Growth. He attributes the lackluster 1996 performance on the heavy workload of Gary Pilgrim-too many irons in the fire. May be some truth to that. I have invested in the Limited fund, and while 1997 is young, it appears to be lagging other Micro Cap funds. For example, Oberweis is up about 8% YTD and Montgomery Micro-Cap is up about 4%. Limited is up doodle! The increase that Limited did get in 1996 was early on, as it did nothing from September on. Granted, the small caps have not participated in the rise, but PBHG, particularly the smaller funds, could find something that is going up. My individual holdings are going up. If I can find some, surely they can. Thanks for letting me vent; I feel better.
