The skill levels of a professional service Level person at CSCO is much much higher than one from DELL.
And much pricier too!!! :-)

That's why I asked about whether the departure was "amicable?" :-) Disgruntled exec's do NOT leave quiet (unless strongly coerced!!!) I didn't get that sense for some reason. (Woman's intuition...don't ask me how I know...I could not explain it.)
