<< Cohen, a former Republican senator from Maine, said that the pending impeachment of President Bill Clinton in the U.S. House played no role in the decision to bomb Iraq. >> There are a lot of good Republicans, mostly moderates. I hope that the radicals in the Republican Party, led by Tom Delay, don't do permanent damage to the party. It's important to maintain a somewhat equal two party system in this country. For those that thought that the radical right wing of the Republican Party wasn't strong enough to take over the party should look again!
