Remember a few days ago I was saying the judge is becoming neutral after his questioning of the SUNW executive, now I am convinced that he is no longer biased against the company.
He is realizing how rapidly the market place can change. He is also seeing how these competitors are taking advantage of the DOJ case for their own benefit. The question then becomes -- is the case for the benefit of consumers or the competitors? I think Judge Jackson is starting to see the motives of some of these companies (they are using the DOJ and the Judge).
