In any venture there is risk and hopefully opportunity. The earlier announced deal with AHS and the money they put in clearly was not for charitable reasons. Therefore I suspect you will see soon enough the reason the investment was made. The structure of the company, how it came public through a reverse merger etc would seem to provide some negatives that any investors would be interested in cleaning up and sorting out.
