It looks like a MSFT win to me - maybe just a few harsh words about the companies tactics by the judge. I think our safe position is to figure he rules against, and we take a 20 point hit, which will almost immediately be recouped. Since a short sale will make sense just prior to the ruling, we had better figure that there will be a tremendous short position at that time. If we come out with a favorable ruling, I think it will go to an 85PE based on 2YK. If Cisco is worth 80, and it seems to be, MSFT should hold 85.
