Buzz,
Don't get me wrong, I'm also all for this move BUT the company had to know that they were going to be strong the rest of last year when they issued that new stock. Couldn't they have taken out a short-term loan instead of diluting the stock at that time? They are now paying near $20 / share for the stock that they issued months ago at $12.
Maybe the answer is no ... I am not a finance person. I'm just making some casual observations here.
