In most cases, I'd agree, but NCDI stock watchers seem to want to see an increase in sales, or at least the hint of one before they buy. If there is even a slight increase this quarter, I think the value will go up; if there is a large increase next quarter, it should start to take off. In my wishful thinking phase (!!) (;-) I would like to see a dividend..... Oh, well...
