Platter, You forgot to mention that winter is finally here. weather.com Subtract Iraq's 2mbpd output, get better compliance amongst the oil producer and maybe an additional cut coupled by increased demand in heating oil and maybe even some increased Asian demand and Voila....supply meets demand.
