Lucent Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend, Payable March 1, 1999 MURRAY HILL, N.J. Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Lucent Technologies' (NYSE: LU) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents ($0.04) per common share, payable March 1, 1999, to shareowners of record January 31, 1999. The dividend will go to about 3 million shareowners.
