Bill,

Glad to see Fleckenstein in your camp. I think he's been reading your stuff. From today's column:

stocksite.com

"Silver shimmers... Besides Amazon, the big excitement today was in the precious metals arena. Silver came to life, closing at its high of the day, up about 18 cents, and palladium was up about $23 on the day. I continue to believe that 1999 will be the year for precious metals, especially silver and palladium. (I'm particularly friendly to silver, as regular readers know.) We'll have to see if there's any significance to the fact that silver has remained strong while the other metals are getting crushed."
