Bombing Iraq is not news. How many times has this happen before and the market yawned? Impeachment of Clinton will only be a short drag on the market as a whole, but individual stocks will move on earnings expectations and interest rate cuts by the Fed. I think the big caps are the most vulnerable to declines(earnings warnings, high PEs, etc.) so maybe, just maybe we'll see the small caps lead the way in '99. Kelvin
