IMHO, IDTI will not reach $9 until the entire semiconductor business is on more solid ground. Asia is coming out of the downturn and there has been an uptick in the integrated devices that have been sold (6.2% increase, if i remember). (BIG) IF this momentum continues, then the second half of '99 should start generating some good $$ again. I'm not totally convinced that this will pan out, however.

1)Some parts of Asia are no where near the growth rates that they once had. Korea has clawed back the most, but it may not last.
2)Bombs in IRAQ
3)Mr. Bill's future
-Who knows what these can do to the world economy?
4)Len is still directing traffic, standing in the rotary while the real players whizzzzzz by.

IDT is moving into more "network centric" IC's and that may be the one key area that helps them the most. The uP group, unless they really start producing, will be left in the dust.(They pretty much are already)!

I have a long term small position and also have a long way to go before returning to any profits. I guess it is just inertia that has kept me invested in this stinker that has promised so much but delivered so little.
