I watched a little of it on TV, I was surfing around looking for news on Iraq, tried C-Span and got some Italian designer, talking about Hemingway shooting big game and stuff about clubbing baby seals, and I was thinking, ok, but we eat cows and wear leather, so what's wrong with fur farms. Oh, I know, there are many who won't wear leather or eat meat, some won't eat honey or drink milk or eat eggs or wear fur. I have seen the piles,literally, of euthanized unwanted pets at so-called animal shelters. Why not use the fur? I agree. But, people love their animals. Just not enough to have them spayed. |
