Anyone chech out the S-3 filing dated Dec. 15th?? Looks like executives getting ready for the web site launch by issuing themselves options. Also a section for granting the web site developers options upon completion of the web site. The filing states that the web site will be done by the end of February per IFLY's contract with the web site developers. It also mentions cost overruns and delays. Anyone have any thoughts on this??
