S - for $1.15 a share - why not ? Looks like a legit start-up biotech in Phase II trials with some "name" affiliations. How much cash do they have left from IPO ? Any revenue this year ? How long do they have before they'll need more cash ? Announcement looks good; but, they still have a long way to go. Phase III trials are expensive and time-consuming - can they survive until then ? For $1.15 a share - you have my vote for an interesting high-risk situation.
