I wonder how many other folks have their completed Roth transfer forms sitting in a pile on a desk somewhere in Datekland, waiting for the infamous "internal transfer form"? I don't even see the necessity of the form if the transfer is to and from accounts under the same person. You've already put your signature on the snail-mailed forms. I guess I can understand it if one party is transferring securities to another's account and signatures, or even a notary, is needed. Enough beating a dead horse.

Thanks
Dave
