Breaking the company into 2 parts...hmmmm - So AgPH believed that the world didn't fully understand or apprecite the balance of yin & yang within the firm? Doesn't jettisoning some yin destroy the balance? Maybe it was their...their....their...uuuuuh......ACHOO! cure for the common cold that (sniffle, sniffle) was not appreciated. (sorry, I sneezed) Anyway, I know they have a cure for colds 'cause John told me so.
