ENVY is killing me. Oh well, at least the worst is over. Notice that the news release did say that the merger could be called off it the stock price of Quintiles' share price drops below $40 or rises above $71.50 before the deal closes, the companies said.

There is hope yet, but I will undoubably cover for a 100% lost before the year ends and take the tax write off. At least the announcement did NOT come after Jan-01. Taking my lumps and moving on.
