tech2000 and All: It appears that the good judge is giving himself an out here. He is unquestionably headed up the same blind alley as he did in the past trial i.e. designing software from the bench so he has taken a recent historical development to give himself a graceful way to dismiss this case with a few harsh words deploring MSFT's aggressive marketing tactics which appear to be endemic throughout the industry. WASHINGTON - The federal judge conducting the Microsoft Corp antitrust trial said Wednesday that America Online Inc's proposed acquisition of Netscape Communications Corp might affect the outcome of the proceedings. --
