Yes, value funds concentrate on companies with increasing dividends and also take into account PE ratios. They try to find stocks that are considered "cheap". PBHG worked out a partnership with a value-oriented firm. I can't remember the name of the management firm off-hand, but I can look in the last semi-annual report I have at home.

PBHG usually has super luck with their new funds, which is why I am considering Large Cap Growth or more probable, the Large Cap 20 fund.
