Professor, I came across this industry forecast issued by PriceWaterhouse. biz.yahoo.com (look at the last sentence in the release) I think that the conventional wisdom is looking for lower room revenue and occupancy rates next year. Based on your earlier upbeat assessment, what do you think?? MMH has had some price weakness recently. Perhaps some nervous investors bailing out based on some of the industry forecasts??
