Clinton's operation has no chance of working. He's only using one-tenth the force that the Gulf War force used and many of the military targets are off-limits. The attack was a sham to try to postpone the impeachment vote. You're the one who made the idiotic remark linking the attack to the impeachment. I changed my opinion. You've got no brain. You're the one who expressed the opinion about using the attack to call off the impeachment.

As for Vietnam, if you're going to complain about that. Complain about Somalia, Haiti, Bosnia, and a number of other nation-building military campaigns under Clinton. How does one who evades the draft and declares Vietnam to be an unjust war justify going into Somalia? As for your statement about the US military killing farmers and peasants, the US was in a guerilla war. There were far more atrocities on the communist side. (ref. mindspring.com ). In the PBS documentary on the Somalia action, the US marines were firing at women and children on occassion also. What is one supposed to do if they are shooting at you, setting up mines, or lobbing hand grenades? What a moron.

He's obviously attacking Iraq now to try to save his hide. He had the requisite international support in November, He could've attacked then when he had at least a month till Ramadan.
