This is very interesting. I have done some searching on Oak Tree and they do clearly pursue purchases where some management influence is possible. Calder could fall into that category and they purchased some ski area outside LA last year in which they clearly influenced mgmt. At this point it is hard to tell what success they have had and hard to tell exactly how TTE fits into this strategy.
