Dell only has about 30% (foriegn sales)currently which we believe is a huge opportunity for us and one that we are trying to take advantage of.


It is to Dell's advantage that overseas markets are not too robust while they get their operations started. If demand is very great, many of the customers would think they cannot wait for Dell to finish the factories and get the infrastructure in place and running smoothly. As it is Dell should be poised to surge ahead when recovery takes place in Latin America and Asia.
