Prospectus receipted Peruvian Gold Limited PVO Shares issued 10,849,781 Jan 17 close $1.69 Mon 20 Jan 97 News Release Mr David Henstridge reports The securities commissions for BC and Alberta have receipted the prospectus to qualify the issuance of the previously closed private placement special warrants. The company has issued three million shares and 1.75 million warrants, each warrant exercisable at $4.50 up to September 20 1997 and $5.18 to September 20 1998.
