I have worked in specialty electronics sales for over 20 years and my opinion is that pushing for agreements now is premature. If management has strong confidence in the technology, something investors should certainly hope for, then they should wait until they allow the product to prove itself rather than try to push it on manufacturers at a time when they must continue on with field trials. Why negotiate now when delSecur's position in those negotiations will be much stronger in just 2-4 months?

What delSecur's management is doing makes perfectly good sense. Impatient investors anxious to see things move rapidly forward don't have it right. They should cool their heels for a while and let things develop on a natural course. Product developments take time. Even for the best designs there are often delays or repeated testing that needs to be done. Rushing things through the pipeline prematurely will only weaken the company's position and credibility with their market players. At this stage of the game, taking the proper steps in the development and field testing stage is much more important than what some squeemish investors might think. The fact that delSecur feels confident that THEY DON'T NEED additional outside investment to move things forward at the proper pace is exactly why this stock is extremely attractive! The investors who are selling at this stage of the game are ignorant of the facts, IMO.
