It sure is nice -- no more updates from the anti-trust case on CNBC until Jan 4. Keeps the company out of the press (at least negative press). Finally starting to move up 134 9/16. If the nasdaq stays strong (currently up 25 points), I hope MSFT can catch up in percentage terms to the index.
