JDN no offense taken. As far as the annual meeting? Yes I did ask Scott about that. He said it has been moved from mid-Jan. (15th?) to the end of January. No exact date has been selected yet. Question to Rick Bullotta: Do you know anything about QAD, Inc.(QADI)? Manufacturing based ERP and Supply Chain software for the mid-tier. Current Market Cap approximates TAVA. On the surface it appears they could be a great fit. My neighbor is in sales with them and the discussion came up. TAVA's partner in this market is ITWO. Does QADI and ITWO compete in the same market? Thanks.
