TED ... you maybe right ... I followed Ascend most of the way down .... and then missed the ride back up. It all depends on ..... imho .... management. If I believe in the management and they have a good track record, then I feel more comfortable with positions which are deteriorating. There was a recent interview that the CEO did with the Wall Street Journal .... one thing which he said when asked about the future was that Syntel consistently beats earnings estimates...... implying he saw no change in the future (you need to read the report). I believe they have guided analysts in their usually conservative manner so that the trend can continue. The other choice is to do a JD Edwards ... and take a hit at earnings time. Anyway ... time will tell !!
