If someone on this board has access to SI thread, would you please cut and post this message for
Jeff Berry on SI? Thanks

Jeff: Thanks for the offer to share your visit details with us. I and a few of my friends have over
100,000 shares of CMND and would appreciate your feedback. I have two major questions from
Command Management:
1. Command is unlikely to get critical mass (>1000 consultants) through organic growth soon, and
acquisitions are not a realistic option for the company anymore due to the severely depressed
stock price and tiny cash ($20million can buy maximum 200 consultants). Without critical mass,
Command will not be profitable--it's really as simple as that (I can get into the numbers but it looks
like you understand this). Therefore, the best strategic alternative is to sell the company to one of
the larger players. Jeff, Would you feel out management's inclination towards selling the firm; or
its India operation?
2. Has the management of the company tried to get any major Wall street firm to initiate analyst
coverage? Any success?

We eagerly await your feedback. Thanks again
