Hi Zurdo! For the most part, the Christmas cookies turned out fine. One batch of chocolate chip hazelnut cookies got overly browned when a chatty neighbor called and I forgot about them. I ate one after they had cooled and that tray sure is crunchy! I'm going to make more cookies tonight and this time, diligently use the oven timer. Lynn
