I just talked to Suzie de Lanauze at delSecur about the meeting and investor's expectations, etc. delSecur has been expecting a report from CRIM that will further validate their technology and product developments. This is overdue and perhaps raises some concerns among investors. Suzie said that the report should be very favorable. They had expected it a couple of months ago but now think it will be out after the holidays. It looks like typical government beuracratic slowness.

Suzie is arranging for someone from CRIM to call me on Monday so that we can discuss their findings. I hope to get word from them on when the report is due out and may find out something about the research and development grants. I don't know how much they will tell me on the contractual issues - probably not that much.

This weakness in the stock is due to investor's misunderstandings of the development process and optimistic expectations that delSecur had for release of the research reports. Although there is some risk that reservations about the technology are behind the delay in the release of the report and further grants, I don't think that is the case. I should get that issue confirmed on Monday and hope to have a better understanding for other aspects of the development and contracting efforts.

Is this a good opportunity to buy? IMO, it appears to be a very good opportunity. If my thinking is confirmed, then I will probably suggest on Monday that the stock should be bought aggressively. Once the report is released, I expect further agreements to follow in due course. We can also expect press releases to hit the wires and probably some coverage in the trade journals. That should help to increase awareness for the company that will notch up the stock a bit. I don't expect it to move up as much as I'd like until production agreements are announced.

Keep your powder dry and don't get scarred off by the selling - it will turn around and move back up to higher ground within a few weeks.
