Lynn,
Anywhere below 65, in my opinion, is a good buy on Dell...Very little downside risk.....You will have to be patient...(If you are in NAVR, you already have lots of practice in patience)...A week or two before earnings report time will be when Dell moves up, unless the analysts set up these ridiculous "whisper numbers"....
