JC,

I left a message on Mr. Murray's machine this morning. However, I don't think there's any point in calling the CFO for the following reasons:

1. They'll never admit to planning a roll back.

2. The main reason they'd roll it back is to raise money..., they just raised 4 million so I doubt that a consolidation is in the works.

3. 30 million shares o/s isn't much for the TSE, and at least 40% of those appear to be in friendly hands..., no need to consolidate for control either.

We'll see....,
