I do not have a crystal ball regarding when James Tilton might make a news release about the mall audit. Since he likes to put news out on Mondays, and since there are only two Mondays left in the year, I guessing he'll not put news out until January. You could call him at 212-398-7833 to see if he'll tell you when he might put news out, but I doubt if he has decided yet himself. Sorry, but that's all I know at the moment. Other than tax-loss selling seems to be ongoing.
