BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 1998--In response to
recent reports and brokerage firm inquiries, Internet Media
Corporation (OTC BB: USRF) (pronounced you surf) has issued a
statement that it has not, at anytime in its history, ever issued a
convertible debt instrument, or so-called "death bond."
