WALLY: Alan, I am a stockholder in FNTN. First, I'd like to wish you well in your new position. From the little research I've done, it sounds like a win-win for you and FNTN. I have the highest regard for Michael Sheppard and have held (most) of my FNTN shares throughout development. I would love to know what was behind your decision to work with Michael as opposed to the myriad of other companies that could have utilized your talents. I guess what I'm asking you is this - I already understand the marketing possibilities of FNTN, but from your technical prospective, how do you view the mission and it's potential?

ALAN: Hi Wally. Thanks for the vote of confidence. I am very excited to be working with the FNTN team. Not since the early days at Netscape have I seen a more dedicated and smart group of people. I am here at FNTN because I believe in the business. With my experience, I could write my ticket almost anywhere. I have read a lot of business plans and I am hard to impress. I am impressed with the direction of FNTN and the dedication of the people involved.

I cannot comment on specific strategy at this point.
