I don't know what is going on with comverge. My guess is they should joint venture with a large company in exchange for a percentage of the ownership and let the other company provide funding and marketing expertise. The price of DSSI is extraordinarily cheap without comverge, and this company has not proved real adept at bringing their other ideas to market, the experience so far with comverge doesn't inspire confidence though it will be nice if something does happen ;but tower seems to be where it is at, and the stock continues to sell at a significant discount to its equity in TOwer. Buy using some leverage and buying back DSSI stock it will increase that discount which will improve shareholder returns when and if tower stock is distributed to the shareholders.
