this will be when the debate begins...

Intuit's CEO, William Harris, is expected to testify for the government on Jan. 4, when the trial resumes after a holiday break. The break begins Friday.

Harris is reportedly going to testify that Intuit chose Microsoft's browser over Netscape's because of fear of Microsoft's might in the industry and its Windows operating system dominance.
