I had a brief chat with Calkins today and asked him if all the latest attention on the hardware for Pacel means that Visual Writer is not working out (Dramatic question, eh?). He said "No no no--the hardware supports Visual Writer." Apparently when dealing with clients Pacel finds that the customer can be in the market for new hardware, too. I guess if a business is interested in Visual Writer they are because the budget says they have some funds set aside to become more paperless. The budget for some of these clients accounts for hardware as well as software, or so I infer from Calkins' comment.
