nope. DRAT. I had a bid in at 2 1/4 for UISAF, never got it, again. I gotta stop underbidding. UIS is definetly poised for a breakout, alot of institutional buying. Great turn around story. Worth looking into as a longer term investment. I've met the CEO, Larry Weinbach a few times, he's a solid guy. Someone I will bet money on. Someone snapped up 200 RUTCDs this a.m. at 9. I'm not sure if it was at the bid or ask, my sense is that it was a buy though. Good hunting. D
